Ants in his pants (but really cute shots!) + an adorable 2-year-old

I had the privilege tonight of shooting the P family.  They were so fun, easy-going and they really have a handsome and sweet 4-year-old.  We (he and I) got into an ant bed while we were taking pictures.  We were too busy exploring before we realized it!  I felt terrible about it, but he (and Mom and Dad) took it in such stride.  What a trooper he was.

You could really feel the love with this family.  I loved capturing those real moments of them enjoying each other.

This family is from my hometown and I enjoyed their shoot so much, as well.  I scoped out a pretty field, not far from my home,  with lots of tall weeds and the perfect setting sun.  L is so cute, and full of personality.  And she also did so well tromping around in the tall, itchy grass!

I just want to thank ALL my families that I photograph for always being willing to do what it takes for cute pictures – dodging cow poop, crawling under fences, sitting in itchy grass, etc.  I can’t guarantee clean shoes when you leave my house, but I promise you’ll get photos you love!
